You will support HelixPay’s mission to empower creators and businesses across the economy, from leading content creator to e-commerce brands to large media companies.
As an Account Manager, you are expected to work with the team to validate, onboard, and activate new clients. You will also be in-charge in maintaining accounts of existing clients.
What you will do:
- Ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management, which includes understanding of the client’s business, discussion points, collection of documents, and onboarding of the new client.
- Maintain good business relationships with all existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Operations, Finance, Product, Legal, and Sales in matters pertaining to partner onboarding, activation, regulatory, and business activities.
- Perform client performance tracking, monitor metrics and provide appropriate insights to grow the business with the client.
- Forecast partner business growth.
- Develop strategic programs specific to the client to grow the business.
- Initiate partner monthly or quarterly reviews to align, plan, identify relevant programs.
Minimum Qualifications
What makes you stand out?
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager for an e-commerce, fintech, Saas, healthcare (B2B) or other similar industry.
- High-energy, analytical, and hardworking personality with a passion for using design to help build a new business and hustling to accomplish goals.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
