Job Description
- Familiarity in end-to-end process (from warehouse-cut-sew-finish)
- Exposure in manufacturing processes for men’s wear specifically catering to both rugged and clean look (dress shirt).
- Familiarity in fabrication for knits and woven and special finishes (non-wash, ppspray, dyeing, etc.)
- Exposed and knowledgeable on value-added services such as printing, embroidery, and various basic and special washes
- Experience in fast-fashioned and execution of small orders in expected lead time
- Adept in production planning and operations management
- Oversee the production process and make production schedules
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety and quality
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Set realistic production goals and targets
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent project and production management skills
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Can perform well under pressure
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
