Job Description
- Maintains payroll information by collecting and entering date
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions and job title and department/division transfers
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earning, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wages.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, BS Accountancy
- At least 1 to 5 year(s) of working experience in payroll system and administrators
- Knowledgeable in mandatory benefits and tax laws
- Goal-oriented, flexible and can work under pressure
- Highly trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision
- Must be well organized and keen to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player and able to work under strict deadlines
- Computer literate
