Job Description
- Make sure that each room is neat and tidy before and after treatment.
- Before starting the treatment, therapist must prepare all the things needed in the room.
- Ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Ensure all products are accounted for and an adequate level.
- Ensure all utensils and tools are accounted for and at adequate levels.
- Ensure there is an adequate supply of towels.
- Ensure treatment room is clean and tidy.
- Therapist must be strict in asking the clients if he/she uses active chemicals that can be harmful to waxing. CRO must inform the therapist if so.
- When inside the room, encourage clients to avail of additional services or introduce in-store products that they can avail of after their treatments.
- Therapist must record the names and treatment of clients in their personal daily sales template.
- Therapists must remind the clients about their aftercare.
- Make sure that trash bins are properly covered.
- Make sure that each client is given the utmost care and attention.
- Make sure that all client questions are answered accurately.
- Should make sure to review notes sporadically to refresh memory.
- Should address all clients with professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Licensed Nurse.
- Must be highly aggressive and sales-driven. Knowledgeable in business reporting is a plus.
- High interpersonal communication skills and can speak English and Filipino.
- Must have a pleasant personality and able to carry herself well.
- Works with a high level of independence and professionalism.
- Dedicated, results-oriented, hardworking, diligent, works with integrity.
- Willing to sign and accept 3 years training contract bond.
- Applicant must be willing to work on mall hours and be assigned either Serendra (The Fort, Taguig), Ortigas (Mega Fashion Hall Megamall) or in Greenbelt 5 (Makati).
- Working experience in the related field is an advantage.
