Job Description
- Provides assistance to the Corporate Lawyer for for all legal matters and projects.
- Reposible in reviewing legal transactions assigned by the Corporate Lawyer.
- Filing of applications and other documents with government agencies.
- Represents company in legal proceedings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have passed the Philippine Bar Examinations.
- At least 6 month(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable about corporate law.
