Job Description
- Organizes and conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss their business needs in accordance to the company’s products and services;
- Searches for client leads using various tools and platforms being provided to him/her/them by the company;
- Presents campaign ideas and costings to clients;
- Making sales pitches to win new businesses;
- Attends external, company-sponsored events to help strengthen company publicity and business relationships, and sales;

- Searches for client leads using various tools and platforms being provided to him/her/them by the company;
- Presents campaign ideas and costings to clients;
- Making sales pitches to win new businesses;
- Attends external, company-sponsored events to help strengthen company publicity and business relationships, and sales;
- Negotiating with potential and current clients, helping solve business relationship problems and making sure deadlines are met.
- Coordinates with other departments of the company on the implementation and execution of approved business development strategies;
- Comprehensively defines the requirements for each new product feature with current (and potential) clients;
- Helps the Business Development Group and/or concerned departments on gaining information about competitors, trends on client needs, etc.
- Provides administrative support on Sales information and reports;
- Monitors, responds, and maintains support to member customers inquiring about the company and the processes for the product, identify and improve gaps from customer experience;
- Coordinates seamlessly with the Sales and Marketing Teams for the development and enhancement of the company’s existing products;
- Adheres to all other account management-related tasks as assigned to him or her by his or her direct superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
- Ample experience in accounts management or salespersonship is preferred but not required;
- Must be satisfactorily competent with [business] communication—both written and oral;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
