Job Description
- Responsible in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of all operating standards.
- Engages with corporate officers in broader strategic planning.
- Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent. - At least 10 year(s) of experience in general management.
- Must be proficient in Japanese language.
- Must be able to manage a co-working business environment.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
