Job Description
- Strong compliance review against Tax, Accounting Standards and Government regulation for all activity that would involve finance decision focusing on the fixed assets/construction/Engineer activities
- Strong Finance analytical skills to help review commercial terms for new vendors/contractors acquired and/or review semi annual basis for the existing major vendor/contractors
- Able to do forecasting, planning and analysis on the monthly/Quarterly/Annual Basis for the project
- phasing purpose
- Strong analytic skills for budget vs actual cost spend that would be done on day to day basis
- Strong monitoring skills on E2E basis start from the Purchase Requisition up until the cash out process
- Strong managing skills for the preparation up to presentation of management report that is required on bi-
- weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Able to manage third party employment contract including reporting to Project Manager the spend on
- month to month basis
- Able to communicate verbal and written in English as there will be lots of interactions with Malaysia, Manila and Singapore team
- Able to navigate the GSAP systems for entry and review process
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Requirements : S1 degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Has more than 7 (seven) years experience in Finance and Accounting relevant job management, has solid experience in Construction company industry
- Fluent in English Language, both written and verbal communication
- Mastering Chinese Language will be an added value
