Job Description
1. Processing of invoice using Grab’s system (training will be provided)
2. Ordering of monthly supplies (office, pantry, cleaning and medical supplies)
3. Point of contact for all requisition of monthly supplies
4. Requesting supply and service quotation. Sourcing of vendor (if needed)
5. Facilitate office events and set-ups
6. Monitoring of monthly maintenance activity (aircon/cleaning/pest control). Email communication template will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications

Have experience working on a fast paced environment
