Job Description
Support in driving adoption for GrabPay. Participate in planning, strategizing and execution of consumer marketing and co-branding campaigns with merchant partners, both local and global brands, in a manner that is aligned with company-wide objectives.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be able to analyse data and other performance metrics, break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.
The day-to-day activities:
- Be a founding member of the exciting new payments marketing team, helping to drive forward a critical part of Grab’s overall business;
- Execute and support in conceptualising custom tailored marketing campaigns to acquire and engage merchants. Test, analyze and scale the best performing campaigns;
- Work closely with Business Development teams and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently taking Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Successful track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Interested in new technology and have an open-mind towards rapid future developments in the digital space. Love to challenge the norm. Highly nimble.
- Proactive to drive data-needs to guide planning and decision-making.
- Works well with people, managing various stakeholders from different departments and backgrounds.
- Highly resourceful and fast learner.
- Customer-centric mindset with keen sense of analysing problems and solving them
- Preferrably with merchant/sales experience
