Job Description
- Lead client accounts within the agency, with overall responsibility for the client-agency relationship.
- Be on top of overall project management for assigned accounts, delivering results within time frame and according to target
- Collaborate with internal teams in putting together campaigns and developing work that meet Client’s strategic business intent and objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all handled accounts
- Ensure the profitability and growth of client accounts, including identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Help solve complex client management issues
- Manage the work, performance and professional development of direct reports
- Identify gaps in account performance and makes recommendations for improvement
- Oversee production, checking for quality of output and integrity of concept, seeing the project through to final execution
- Champion and demonstrate passion for the agency’s creative output
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience as an Account Director/Senior Account Manager in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio
- Ability to cultivate and grow strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present with confidence, ease and clarity
- Resilience under pressure and ability to multitask, while staying focused and organized
