Job Description
- Create the partnership agreement and collecting legal requirements for merchant onboarding process in regional (Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan)
- Review the partnership agreement
- Work closely with Partner Acquisition team to onboard new partners
- Ensuring the agreements and documents from partner are completed by both parties (through DocuSign and Hard Copy)
- Ability to monitor legal process perfomance with SLA 2 working days
Minimum Qualifications
- Hold minimum a Bachelor Degree (Faculty of Law) from a reputable University
- Minimum 1-year work experience in legal, fresh graduate are welcome
- Excellent in Ms Office (Especially Ms. Excel)
- An excellent verbal and written communication (Both English & Bahasa)
- Willingness to work in fast paced environment
- Attentive to detail, takes initiative, and dynamic person who have excellent team spirit and positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
