Job Description
- Directly reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for leading the HR team, performing a strategic role by aligning GSPH HR role to the overall business goals, conducting over-all management of all HR functions, and steering regional expansion and distribution/alignment of resources for regional office.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees the time-keeping process.
- Ensures that time-keeping SLAs are adhered to and complied with.
- Conducts over-all management of the recruitment process.
- Guides and mentors recruitment process owners.
- Conducts over-all management of labor relations and employee events and communication process
- Oversees Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits and Employee rewards).
- Oversees HR OD process.
- Reviews, updates and proposes more efficient Performance Management Plan.
- Owns process for Employee Transfer, Movement and Employee Promotion.
- Oversees and leads the GSPH HR team.
- Oversees and leads HR admin processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in HRD, Sociology, Development Studies, and other related Social Science preferred. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Required skill(s): Human Resources functions.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience of progressively responsible, related experience in Human Resource department, preferably with a multinational or IT company.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Has objectivity and maintains a position of neutrality in decision-making.
- Has a sense of urgency and can work under minimum supervision.
- Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to issues arising in relation to the HR function.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills with proven experience of general day to day practices and operations of the HR function.
