Job Description
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides financial information to client by researching and analyzing accounting data to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare tax returns for prompt payment.
- Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
- Provides assistance in organizing, maintaining and auditing financial records.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Monitoring and reviewing payments in client's accounting system, completes reconciliation and analysis of various records and registers.
Minimum Qualifications
Skill and Characteristics
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Must be a CPA
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Must be keen to details
- Must be familiar with QuickBooks
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
- Experience is a plus but not required
- Willing to work nightshift schedule
