Job Description
- Manage and handles Sales team
- Setting Sales target
- Responsible for Sales performance across the area
- Provides training and development of Sales Staff
- Coordinate with all departments when needed
- Reporting
- Other duties that may be required by time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must posses at least Bachleor's degree in Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have a good leadership skills
- Knows how to manage people
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably manager in Sales
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu
