* Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
* Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
* Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
* Manage month-end and year-end closing
* Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
* Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
* Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
* Handles Ledger Accounts Maintenance and Ledger Accounts Schedules preparation
* Incentive and commision processing
Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting Graduate
- Computer Literate especially Microsoft Excell
- Knows how to handle Ledger Accounts Maintenance and Review
- Knows how to handle Accounts Payable and Disbursement transactions
- Familiar with Bank Reconciliations
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Know how to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits.
- With strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts
