Technical and Corporate Recruitment Manager  

Someone passionate, eager to do great and output driven is the best candidate for this role. This role will manage global recruiting for technical and non-agent roles. As a Manager, you are expected to client manage your internal and external stakeholders. Also, performance manage the team members KPI while you strategize the overall recruiting approach in closing all requisitions.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Strategizes the overall team's approach in handling all requisitions
• Manage changes proactively by anticipating the environment and ensuring goals are met
• Client manages all internal and external clients not limited to calibrating on the needs and requirements, providing proactive action planning on the requests on hand, handles all escalations as needed
• Partners with Sourcing to provide a robust sourcing structure to meet demands and targets on time
• Approves requisition while factoring in the agreement between hiring managers and recruiting delivery
• Establish acceptable and attainable KPIs for the team
• Performance manage her/his team KPIs
• Creates a funnel reporting for the ones that needs it
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside recruiting vendors; define process for when and how to use these vendors; manage contract negotiations

• 8-10 years experience as a full cycle recruiter
• 2-3 years in a management position or with management responsibilities
• Experience recruiting for niche technical roles is an advantage
• Experience operating in a high stress, deadline driven environment
• Experience managing outside recruitment vendors
• Experience recruiting for US, India and Philippines
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
