- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Communication or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of experience as Sales Executive, Business Development Specialist or Equivalent
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills, Ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and clients, Knowledge of sales/frozen meat importation principles and practices.
- Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing field and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations, Excellent organizational and time management skills
