Job Description
- Perform network operation, Network configuration and Network installation
- Collect informative historical data for capacity planning and problem preventing
- Ensure system availability and do troubleshooting when necessary (Ex. Microsoft Office, PC, Notebook, Printer, Mobile Phone, E-mail etc.)
- Response for maintaining system availability according to IT standard including to comply network security policy
- Provide technical consultancy
- To manage the deployment as the project plan.
- To manage IT asset management
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Extensive experience in IT industry, programming, or customer service would be advantageous
- Working experience in express logistics is preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of current technical systems
- With good communication skills.
- Work proactively, regularly improve, develop and create creative results
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working hour: Mondays to Saturdays (Morning Shift)
- Willing to work onsite at Robinsons Cybersigma, Mckinley West, Taguig
