• Manage and monitor employee procedures. Reporting work progress and problems in each area to the operation department to summarize working results and find the solution to develop service standards in each area to meet the company’s standards.
• Give tactic advice and working resource support. Prepare development training courses for employees in each religion. To drive all employees, to perform effective work and meet the company’s purpose. Readiness to promote and relocate.
• Clearly understood team and company mission and goal. Able to prioritize work and apply short-term and long-term tactics to meet the team’s goal.
• Analyze data to apply to evaluate and apply tactics to make high effective output.
• Study and keep up to date on new technology knowledge that relates to the job and apply to a job with high effectiveness.
