Job Description
- Assist in the development of HR & Administration policies and procedures
- Monitoring and counseling such as policies to ensure staff compliance
- Responsible for the staff recruitment process, advertising for the posts and candidates.
- will handle HR Ads
- will manage FB-HR of the company and make sure all HR needs are regularly posted & re-posted daily.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- 1-3 years of work-related experience
- Must be proactive and passionate at work
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matter
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
