Job Description

  • Establish, maintain and build solid relationship with your account managers
  • Assist Business Partners to get their deals approved
  • Arrange and follow up needed documents from Business Partners
  • Proactively updates Business Partners about the status of their deals
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Credit Team to answers issues, service requests and business client queries;
  • Building relation with all stakeholders including valuers, mortgage insurers and other third parties to maintain excellent service levels;
  • Ensure turnaround times are met and constantly follow up relevant departments.
  • Familiarize with all the company's product suites and be able to handle scenarios posted by Business Partners.
  • Reports daily activities and escalates any concerns to the Sales Manager and Head of sales and Marketing

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager Assistant who can process acquisition of targeted new mortgage debtors. An effective Property Manager Assistant can effectively build partnerships with Developers and brokers. Ensure that mortgage loan process is in line with documented policies and regulations of the bank provider observing data privacy laws and other laws relevant to the land. Being able to provide excellent service to debtors / prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by Bank.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience working in a busy banking or financial industry is a must
  • Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, MS Word and intermediate in excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Have a basic knowledge of Australian banking lending and mortgage
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Ortigas for DAYSHIFT account.
