Job Description
- Understand the company’s business, products, and services, as well as their target audience
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Assist in the management of the company's website and online presence, including SEO optimization and content updates
- Collaborate with the owner and the management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising
- Responsible in handling the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook and google ads account
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Keep track of competitor activity and adjust campaign strategies accordingly
- Prepare reports detailing the results of their campaigns
- To perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Handling Social Media accounts (Tiktok,IG & Facebook )
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
- 2-3 years professional experience in advertising sales, marketing, or related field
- Background experience in a Translation and Localization company is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how to utilize various digital platforms for advertising purposes
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Creative and takes risks.
- Able to work in a fast pace and results oriented environment.
- Self motivated and has to have initiative to learn
- Able to work in a startup culture.
- Handling Social Media accounts (Tiktok,IG & Facebook )
