Job Description
Intern Responsibilities
- Assist in doing online chats at least two hours daily
- Research strategic ways of effectively engaging with users across channels
- Produce/Add/Improve user engagement template(s) based on users’ messages and comments from Tawk.to and Social Media Channels
- Contribute to the initial planning of a chatbot system for the website
- Research on various chatbot features and ways on how these effectively work
- Help in creating a plan or template for a chatbot system applicable to the Edukasyon.ph website
- Brainstorm themes or topics for content development
- Helpdesk management
- Overall assistance with the team’s deliverables
Special Project
- Project 1. Co-Facilitate User Research monthly
- Look for participants and location for the user research (can be in the form of an interview, FGD, or online/offline survey)
- Prepare logistics needed for the user research
- Assist in facilitating one monthly user research on Gr. 10 students or Senior High School students for insight mining, content development, and content feedback.
- Create a report/ synthesize findings of the research
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior High School student, preferably under General Academic Strand (GAS) or Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Adept at using Social Media (Facebook, Wordpress, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Good communication skills
