Job Description
- Assist HR & Admin Team in office management
- Maintain tracker and employee database including electronic and hard copy filing system
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, data entry and copying of documents.
- Assist the HR & Admin Team in resolving any administrative problems
- Assist in every step of the Recruitment process
- Assist in onboarding new employees which include collection and application of TIN, SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews
- Assist in other HR functions like team-buildings, training, personal development plans, and other HR initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred experience & education:
- At least in senior high school
- Willing to render at least 100 hours of work over a course of 1 month
- Preferred College majors: Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, and other related courses
- Experienced in recruitment and interviews (preferred)
Preferred competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and other computer software
- Willing to learn the general duties of Human Resources
- Passionate for education and social enterprise
- Has excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Has an exceptional ability to multitask
- Has the ability to work strategically
- Has stellar verbal and written communication skills
- Can strive under stress
- Independent and innovative self-starter
- Willing to get hands dirty
