Associate Creative Director  

• Develop internal and external campaigns for Edukasyon.ph and its branded partners, from conceptualization to final execution and implementation.
• Oversee the creative teams and freelancers in ideation, conceptualization, and execution of all creative campaigns, ensuring the work aligns with the strategy and can be implemented across all relevant channels.
• Assist and collaborate closely with the Marketing Head and Brand Managers in the Creative and Marketing department to manage work loads and projects, coordinate with internal and external teams for timely delivery of campaigns and its requirements.
• Align all creative campaigns with the Marketing Team to ensure cohesion of all materials.
• Work with production houses or any relevant third party suppliers for the execution of the creative campaigns. Oversee quality, timely delivery of work, and alignment with brand strategy.
• Assist and oversee the delivery of the team OKRs and weekly creative targets. Support creative team in the delivery of their individual OKRs.
• Create and deliver design, copy, and layouts relevant to Associate Creative Director’s specialty (whether copy-based or art-based), producing work such as videos, key visuals, social posts, GIFs, scripts, storyboards, concept boards, presentation decks, and other creative materials.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6-7 years of experience working in the advertising industry as a copywriter or art director
• Has worked with both multinational and local brands in delivering creative campaigns
• Has experience working with production houses and third party suppliers in the execution of creative ideas from traditional and digital formats
• Must have strong communication skills and has presented directly to clients, overseeing work from conceptualization to execution
