Job Description
Key Objective:
To provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Content and Community Engagement
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Provide strategic advice to improve execution of content products and management of subteams in Content and Community Engagement (CCE)
- Track, monitor, and update trackers as needed
- Prepare data analysis, insights reports and presentations related to Edukasyon's content and marketing initiatives on a regular basis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research as needed by the team and by the Head of CCE in relation to Edukasyon's content and marketing initiatives
- Assist the Head of CCE in facilitating effective decision-making
Operations
- Represent the Head of CCE in internal and external events
- Act as point of contact on behalf of the Head of CCE to internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Head of CCE
Organizational Set Up:
- Directly reports to the Head of Content and Community Engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in communication, marketing, advertising, management, consultancy, or related field
- Data-savvy, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Genuine interest in creatives and digital marketing
- Adept in using Google Analytics, Google applications (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites), and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Passionate about education
- Team player, fast learner, and has a strong sense of responsibility
