Job Description

Major

School Sales & Account Management

  • Implement sales strategies that drive revenue generation for the business
  • In charge of own sales pipeline:
  • Prospect new clients via sales call, direct mail, email, and networking events
  • Develop, build, and manage a client base of schools and training institutions (SHS, colleges, universities, tech-voc schools and institutions offering short courses/certifications)
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from lead generation to close to after-sales servicing
  • Promote and upsell new and current products/features to existing clients
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues; propose possible solutions and product development related features based on clients' needs
  • Reach acquisition and renewal revenue targets as assigned by the company within a specific time period
  • Must close at least one deal in the first 6-8 weeks
  • Must reach weekly activity targets: 12 meetings, 50 emails, 50 calls
  • Directly report to the Head of Sales regarding individual performance, e.g.: target achievement, activity achievement, events, sales strategies, and/or process improvements
  • Coordinate closely with Content and Product Head Office in relation to client requests

Minor

Events Management

  • Lead the organization and execution of education fairs in Visayas, with a primary focus on the key cities in Visayas
  • Liaise with all the stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the fairs
  • Promote school fairs to target exhibitors (schools, sponsors, etc.)

Corporate Partnerships

  • Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate brands
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from leads generation to closing to after-sales servicing

Impact Partnerships

  • Develop, build, and manage a client base of local and international foundations or NGOs focused on education and/or youth, which are aligned with Edukasyon’s mission, vision, and values

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience
  • Corporate sales; B2B; negotiation and solution selling
  • Business development (market expansion, new user acquisition, and awareness)
  • Partnership and market development
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Broad network in the education industry / local government units (preferred)
