Job Description
- Prepare billing statements and supervise the delivery of billing-related documents
- Accept and resolve billing-related inquiries
- Follow up on due and overdue payments
- Provide official receipts for client payments
- Monitor receivables aging and investigate delinquent accounts
- Prepare monthly billing and collection summary
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Can coordinate and facilitate matters effectively
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel
- Customer-oriented
