Job Description
Responsible for establishing long term relationships with customers and offering them personalized service pertinent to their specific requirements.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Possesses thorough knowledge of the particular products being sold
- Reads and understands information about new products being developed and emerging on the market.
- Gives product demonstrations for customers.
- Answers customers’ questions and makes nervous customers feel comfortable and relaxed.
- Sells customers as many appropriate products as possible.
- Manages the product inventory.
- Produces sales reports for managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least Vocational Course Diploma / Short Course Certificate
- At least 1-year experience in sales and marketing of skin care/cosmetic or beauty product
- With pleasing personality and very good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and smart
- With excellent communication skills
- Can deal with people from different levels and has an excellent customer orientation
- Must be willing to work in Watsons branches and company kiosks
