Employee Relations  

We are looking for an HR Personnel who is willing to be trained under Employee Relations. You will oversee aspects of Human Resources practices and processes involved in the Security Services Industry.

• You will be trained specifically for the Employee Relations role wherein you will be able to handle and decide on numerous disciplinary cases.
• You will also be involved in investigation processes.
• This is a great role for people who are interested in counseling and the psychology of people.

You can also be potentially trained/rotated in other HR aspects:

• HR Management Information Systems Maintenance
• Audit / Encoding
• Staffing & Recruitment
• Training & Development
• Health & Welfare
• Deployment
• HR Systems Improvement

• A Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
• Graduated from any Management or Human Resource course is an advantage
• Must have keen attention to details and organized
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and convincing skills
• Knows how to use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills
• Living a healthy lifestyle
• Must be willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
