Job Description
- Plan shipment based on products availability and customers request
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (such as invoices, PO, and bill of lading)
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Schedule shifts for our deliveries and warehouse staff
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Oversee the level of our warehouse stock and place order as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
- Manages incoming and outgoing deliveries or shipment
- Oversee the transportation of products from one location to another
- Arrange material pick-ups, deliveries or installers with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly
- Organize the storage and distribution of goods. Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time
- Maintains proper documentation and filing
- Know first in, first out policy
- Computer literate
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year experience on related field
- Work experience as a logistic and warehouse administrator or similar role
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
