Job Description
- Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures, processes, scope, and timeline.
- Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with Implementation Consultants
- Handles requisite solution presentations
- Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
- Provides reference by writing documentation.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about labor and HRIS standards
- Atleast 1 year of project management experience in the field of Human Resource Information System
- Preferred to have solid knowledge in Software Process Design, Software Documentation, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Teamwork, General Consulting Skills, Software Architecture
- Has good Communication and Project Management skills
- Willing to do fieldwork or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
