Job Description
The Non-Performing Asset (NPA) team is responsible for conducting prompt and timely background checks on new/prospective clients and for retrieving Delbros ASSETS from Clients with delinquent accounts.For Client Accreditation
- Conducts a prompt Background Investigation (BI) and an Ocular Inspection (OI) on new/prospective Clients
- Monitors the Turnaround Time of the Client Accreditation
- For Skip-tracing of Delinquent Accounts
- Loan Restructuring Programs
- Serves official demand letters from the company
- Responsible for the search and retrieval of chassis with non-paying and delinquent accounts
- Coordinates with baranggay officials and other government agencies who have jurisdiction on the chassis to be retrieved under the guidance of the Legal Counsel.
- Visits and conducts site inspection of company properties nationwide
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- At least two (2) years work related experience.
- With strong initiative,discipline and discretion.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
- With proficiency in google apps.
