Job Description
- Develop new accounts to avail non-life insurance services. Ability to cross-sell other allied products and services would be a bonus.
- Conduct marketing activities via telemarketing and sales calls.
- Provide accurate and prompt quotation / rates / endorsements to clients to fit their needs and requirements.
- Handle claims of non-life insurance clients with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain outstanding relationships with colleagues, insurers and clients.
- Promote First Global’s services by visiting trade expos / trade fair to generate potential customers.
- Provide regular updates to clients with regards to policies and claims.
- Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine courtesy calls to existing clients.
- Assist the account management team for follow-ups in payments.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network in the insurance industry.
- Coordinates with the management on the latest trends in the Philippine insurance industry.
- Assist the customer service team on sustainability and improvement of the company’s accounts.
- Provides ad hoc duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of a Management / Financial / Marketing course
- Goal driven, pleasing personality, excellent networking & communication skills, and ability to establish good relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- At least one (1) year experience in the Philippine non-life insurance industry
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- Purely on-site work, Mondays to Fridays at 8:00-5:00PM
