Job Description

  • Establishes and manages the Human Resources Team, appointing their area of expertise / oversight, activities & tasks that effectively communicate and support the company’s Vision, Mission and Values (VMV).
  • Approves all Human Resources activities and coordination to ensure alignment and success of HR support services.
  • Oversees different functions of the Human Resources activities to provide leadership, guidance, directions and strategies to team members who manages the specific key HR roles, encompassing activities from start to finish of the Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Workplace Health, Safety & Security, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Internal Policy, Procedures and Processes, Change Management initiatives and the Admin & Facility.
  • Works with the HR team members in their strategic and tactical roles to help the whole team achieve their goals.
  • Directs team members in their organization skills to help maintain and control records such as the 201 records and other personnel records.
  • Oversees the compensation and benefits program and vendor relations to ensure employees are served on time and appropriately.
  • Functions as a strategic people and business advisor to the Leadership Team and Top management for key organizational matters and people strategy.
  • Guides and directs team’s compliance & due diligence according to Government’s mandates.
  • Designs, develops, and heads the change initiatives and organizational development according to the company’s goals in people strategy.
  • Creates the organization’s corporate policy and standard operation procedures in terms of company culture and core values.
  • Heads and works with all levels and different departmental stakeholders in cascading of company policies, ensuring proper implementation across the organization.
  • Calibrates company policies and SOPs to legislative standards.
  • Oversees the employee programs that impact employee engagement and company culture.
  • Develops professional, harmonious and effective relationships with all levels and business stakeholders across the organization to capitalize on the quality of relationships which reflects the quality of work from organization members. Cascade key strategic directions through different levels:
    • Connects with Department Heads
    • Connects with the company’s legal counsel
    • Connects with line managers and leaders
    • Connects with Associates
  • Provides real-time coaching and mentoring on disciplinary cases and other matters, where appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Work Background

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration and equivalent or related field
  2. Has at least three (3) year experience in Human Resources management
  3. Has at least three (3) year experience in managing a team
  4. Has implemented corporate-wide events and activities
  5. Directly reported to company owners and Board of Directors
  6. Has at least worked in a fast -paced work environment
  7. Has worked for an organization with at least 150 employees
