Job Description
Lead Generation and Business Development
- Running cold LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Setting up and running cold email outreach campaigns
- Lead scraping
- Setting up and running email nurture campaigns
- Copywriting for lead generation
- Running campaigns for real estate and B2B client
- Using and setting up cold and warm email marketing tools
- Creating work flows/setting up Hubspot
- Warming domains
Admin / Other tasks
- Send LinkedIn connection requests
- Comment/like posts on LinkedIn
- Help create monthly reports
- Create profiles for digital tools/onboard new staff
- Follow Up with lead/clients
- Send invoice requests
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Work Background
- B.S. / B.A in Business or Marketing or Graphic Design preferred but not required or at least 4-year college degree holder
- Have experience using Email Marketing Automationor Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klenty, Reply.io, etc.
- Strong experience in building email copy for email sequences, cadences, and one-off emails.
- Background in improving email deliverability, familiarity with senders authentication, senders reputation.
- Have excellent experience in telemarketing in generating MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead)▪Minimum of 1-year related experience, with prior sales,experience a plus▪Excellent verbal and written communication,as well as interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint▪Knowledgeable in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Social Media Platforms
- Preferred:oHave a background in building content for email or the website.oKnowledge or background in PPC and SEO.
