Finance Manager  

Finance Managers are in charge of gathering and organizing analytical data about our company's sales, income, forecasts, and other financial activities. They plan, approve, and oversee the use of systems and processes to manage and analyze financial data and records. They implement systems designed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maximize profitability, and efficiency. They train and supervise a team of finance, accounting and audit specialists.

Finance Managers have experience in auditing or managing revenue and a supervisory experience is helpful. These managers must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction in support of critical revenue cycle initiatives and goal
• Mentor, guide and provide professional development to your team
• Maintain and analyze revenue to ensure compliance with revenue recognition
• Optimize and streamline the existing processes to develop the department Trainuals
• Oversee the audit department and ensure all concerns are addressed
• Make appropriate changes to address any issues or trends after review with management
• Ensure timely, accurate submission of client invoices and contractor pay
• Reduce the time gap in receivables
• Oversee multiple operational teams responsible for the revenue cycle projects for one or multiple clients
• Aid and assist in the integration of revenue, receivable and billing activities for future acquisitions
• Monitor the company’s cash balance, revenue volume, and expense level each month and address any concerns to the cofounders
• Assist with the development and/or implementation of new systems, tools, or subscription upgrades as needed
• Manager vendor relationships
• Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines and laws

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of management experience in an accounting or finance operations environment
• Proven leadership abilities in working with a team to lead, collaborate, and motivate.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, follow-through, and ability in meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in accounting, financial, payroll, and ERP systems with experience in migration, integration, and system upgrade is ideal
• Ability to adapt to change with a mindset of learning and teaching new systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Experienced in project management
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Extensive experience with common billing systems
• Comfortable performing workflow analysis assessments
• Must be able to work from 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST (10:00 PM MNL to 7:00 AM MNL)

• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
