Job Description
CrewBloom is searching for a high-energy Director of Business Development who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. To succeed in this role, you should be an adaptable, active listener with a compelling sales personality. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience

Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue through outbound sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and roll out initiatives to tap new channels of business
- Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals
- Prepare financial reports and revenue projections
- Build and maintain worthwhile relationships through networking, meetings, and creating a solid social media presence
- Train new sales team members to execute end-to-end outbound sales activities
- Outline KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboarding
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Solid experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams at funded or bootstrapped startups
- Proven track record of building profitable relationships with potential clients and partners through social selling and networking
- Demonstrated experience in building sales pipelines and creating effective sales workflow
- Strong communication skills and tech fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and generate critical business reports
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Must be technically proficient in using basic sales tools, like sales CRMs, VOIPs, and Google Workspace
- Extra points for applicants with Hubspot experience

- At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
- Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
