Job Description

Create and implement effective promotional campaigns and events that increase customer satisfaction and earnings in alignment with the CPI brands’ marketing strategy. He or she will also supervise a team.

​​​​​​​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Customer Satisfaction:

  • Create and implement effective 360 marketing promo initiatives for the assigned CPI brand (i.e. Metro brand, ANC X brand, etc.) based on the brand’s objectives, Marketing strategy, and budget to increase affinity and brand following.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Earnings Improvement:

  • Works with the brand’s Business Manager or Brand Head to create unique and creative events that will strengthen and drive revenue for the brand.
  • Lead the smooth and organized implementation of events that will ensure customer satisfaction, this includes:
  • Creation of CE and P&L for the event
  • Closing event deals
  • Sponsors execution
  • Mount events within the approved budget; initiate ways to keep costs within budget (strategic partnerships, barter deals, etc.)

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Re-engineering the Business Process:

  • Maximize daily output through effective time management.
  • Create a system to organize and implement deliverables efficiently, minimize delays, prevent unnecessary expense and avoid customer dissatisfaction.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Synergy:

  • Initiate cross-promotion opportunities and brand alliances across ABS-CBN platforms and other partners that will aid in marketing assigned CPI brand-related events and products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or any marketing-related course.
  • At least 1 year of previous work-related experience required, but 2 years of previous work experience is preferred.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills, multitasking skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
