Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide healthcare services to students and employees.
- Promote awareness to students and employees regarding the importance of disease prevention and health promotion.
- Prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
- Attend to minor ailments of students and employees.
- Refer medical emergencies of students and employees to the nearest hospital or satellite clinic.
- Monitor health and well-being of the students and employees.
- Manage related records.
- Oversee partnership with hospitals and clinics to assist the school in medical emergencies with major ailments and as required by CHED.
- Identify Health Hazards (HO)
- Manage employees' health and wellness activities.
- Provide assistance to the Student Services and Formation team's tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- PRC license.
- Experience in school, hospital, or community nursing is an advantage.
- Experience in conducting seminar to students is a plus.
- BOSH Training for Health Officer.
- Ability to:
- Communicate well in English.
- Submit reports on time.
- Keep confidentiality within the team.
- With pleasing personality.
