Key Account Manager | Consumer | Alabang, Muntinlupa City  

Overall Obejective:

• Achieve sales target of specific dealers by effectively managing a dealer;

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Objectives

• ·Achieve monthly sales target of specific dealer/s both in revenue and in units across all product format and brands;

Account Development

• Create programs that will grow the aircon business of the dealer
• Review/ Analyze SO and market data to identify trends and recommend interventions to address gaps and seize opportunities in the assigned dealer
• Creating programs that will increase throughput of the dealer assigned
• Coordinate, agree, drive, monitor and evaluate programs that will influence decision making process of the dealer
• Conduct regular business review with the dealer
• ·Set directions and strategies in the dealer assigned to ensure company leads the growth of the dealer’s business

Execution

• Ensures that all agreements with the dealer and sell out team are delivered ona monthly basis
• Flawless in-store 5P execution
• Lead and manage TPA sell out team in ensuring sell out happens as per plan
• Evaluate execution--both TPA and in store, to ensure company standards are met

Budget Management

• Evaluates all programs executed via dealer budget (RDS) and ensure full year spending stays within the assigned cost to sales ratio
• Recommend future activities to participate in, based on account strategy

• College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or management course;
• At least 2 years of working experience of Key Accounts/ Modern Trade in an FMCG setup;
• Has good know-how of the service providers and customers;
• Ability to work independently without close supervision;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good Interpersonal skills (Good at building interpersonal relationships, uses initiative, demonstrates a positive attitude and is diplomatic, tactful, assertive and enthusiastic.);
• Good Functional skills (Negotiating, Presenting, Selling, Writing technical correspondence, planning & reporting, Communication, Problem-solving, Coordinating, Monitoring and is Accountable.);
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good computer skills (MS office excel, word, power-point) and e-mail;
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
