Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
- Handle applications/renewal of work passes
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues which include HR records, process work pass applications, renewal, cancellations, reference checking, etc.
- Coordinate and assist in travel arrangements
- Perform administrative and office support
- Submission of related government surveys and claims
- Any other ad-hoc HR and admin duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Experienced in handling application/renewal of work pass, etc
- Experience in handling government surveys and government claims such as NS, GPL, Waiver of levy, etc
- Good knowledge in local labor laws and government requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management or any related field
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Due to business nature and requirement, able to communication fluently in Mandarin and English is a must
