Job Description
What You Will Do
Sourcing
- Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
- Understand sourcing needs and demographics; must be up to date with sourcing and recruiting tactics
- Manage multiple candidate channels including referrals,job boards, advertising and other sourcing channels
- Ensure candidates have a good candidate experience including managing and contacting candidates
- Work with HR Business Partner to facilitate the recruitment process
Recruitment
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process : interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation etc.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring/screening criteria; leads pre-briefs to align on roles and qualifications, facilitates debriefs for hiring decisions with Stakeholders
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective sourcing and recruiting methods based on the nature of the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Helps plan for and participates in employer branding initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Sourcing experience of end-to-end tech recruitment for a tech startup/large technology company/recruitment agencies;
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels(job sites, social networks, references etc.);
- Ability to learn about new markets quickly
- Knowledge of the candidate market and companies;
- Good understand of employment laws and related policies
- English language - no lower Intermediate level;
