Marketing Data Analyst  

We are looking for an enthusiastic and lively member to join our team to manage marketing performance monitoring and reporting, but also to proactively find actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes.

• Provide data and insight support for specific marketing function and work with regional + local teams across Southeast Asia
• Produce weekly competitive analysis and weekly marketing reports for cross functional teams
• Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
• Understand stakeholders’ business needs and design a robust solution that can address the key objectives. The solutions are expected to be a mix of quantitative research and data analytics, and hence some familiarity in these domains is expected.
• Support the marketing team to drive ROI measurement across channels, and build learnings on impact of marketing channel investments on business KPIs
• Provide actionable customer insights and post-mortem reports that are the strategic foundation of communication briefs, campaigns, advertising and content assets
• Work with Cross Functional teams (Branding, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Product etc.) to mine, synthesize, and translate customer, market, and platform data into powerful and actionable insights

Location: Singapore/Philippines or remote in Asia UTC+8 Timezone

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Research, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Management, or other related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Market Research, Analytics, or related fields
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL; candidate is able to create dashboards and write SQL to extract data for business needs
• Experience in different Market Research methodologies (Qual and/or Quant – IDIs/FGDs, Brand Health Track, Creative Asset Testing, Market Mix Modeling), tools and platforms (Online Panels, Insight Community) is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder management (influencing and persuading skills)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and thrive well within a team environment
