Job Description
- Study Clients, their Project Specifications and Requests for Proposals/Quote (RFP/RFQ) to ensure that all requirements and guidelines are followed
- Conduct in-depth relevant market research and analysis; formulate and implement data gathering and intelligent modelling strategies
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for competing tasks including: market research, analysis, report writing, quality control and final reviews
- Write and formulate highly professional proposals for clients across the Space, Defence, Industry and Government sectors in Australia
- Create sophisticated presentation material and documents using necessary MS Office;
- Adobe and other desktop publishing applications, with a specific ability to create high quality PowerPoint decks
- Ensure quality throughout presentations and proposals by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency and tone whilst always exercising an extremely high attention to detail
- Following company visual and branding standards, prepare corporate documents for business and marketing use
- Ensure professional document layout per company standards and in collaboration with the graphic designer
- Write and thoroughly quality control compelling feature articles and reports prior to publication/submission as required
- Utilise business tools such as the CRM system, Communication, Scheduling and
- Collaborative Tools
- Work closely with the Business Support Manager and other customer facing consultants to deliver key outcomes for both the consulting and training service lines of the business
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a research/data analyst or in a related field
- Can work under pressure and meet very strict deadlines
- Can generate creative and innovative ideas and outputs based on assigned tasks
- Is intuitive and asks intelligent questions to confirm scope of work/expectations
- Is willing to be trained and has the right attitude towards work and colleagues
- Can work effectively with minimal supervision to achieve taskings on time and to the highest quality
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or other related fields
- Knowledge of Australian Business English and experience engaging with Australian clients are an advantage
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, past experienc in business and technical writing including business case development, proposals and tender responses highly advantageous
- Can start immediately (or within a 30 day notice max timeframe)
