- Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, providing email-based support to the client and answering any social media-based enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Assists and respond to customers with inquiries, answers basic questions, and suggests various options that are available.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution.
- Documents customer problems and inputs in the system.
- A passion for fitness, health, and helping people.
- A good command of the English language written and verbal with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent keyboard skills.
- A basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Prior experience in a customer service-based role and/or have a personal training background.
- A tertiary level qualification is recommended, but not mandatory.
- The ability to demonstrate professionalism, friendliness and show initiative as part of an already established team.
- A good sense of humour
