Job Description
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with hardware, software, local area networks (lan), wide area networks (wan), and other systems
- Install, modify, repair, and test computer hardware and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Checking of line to assure the best quality of service to clients
- Completion of tickets
- Initial & final assessment & resolution for hardware and lan connectivity request through tickets
- Network alarm detection & escalation
- Analyzing and troubleshooting of network issue
- Initial assessment & resolution on an existing it service request
- Gathering data of network information
- Providing preventive maintenance on workstation
- Managing of it peripherals inventory
- It equipment & peripherals procurement process
- Providing preventive maintenance on network
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in information technology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- An in-depth understanding of the software, hardware and network.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Knowledgeable in google suite and other cloud-based platforms.
- Knowledgeable in ubuntu operating system is a must
- Knowledgeable in Cisco devices is advantages but not required.
- 1 -2 years of experience is required.
