Quality Engineer  

We;re looking for a smart, technical, hardworking and passionate Quality Engineers to join our QA organization!

Responsibilities

• Partner with QA Lead to build overall test strategy of a product or area
• Writing high quality test plans covering validation of feature requirements in detail
• Understand and analyze product specifications to come up with test cases to ensure product meets requirements
• Perform test execution using manual testing techniques to find defects in our products
• Write and execute automated tests using test frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium.
• Improve test automation speed and stability for an area to make testing efficient
• Create high quality bug reports that helps root cause and fix issues faster
• Iteratively improve coverage of test plans by adding more test coverage
• Use methodologies to speed up test execution using better prioritization such as Smoke test, sanity test, full regression test, compatibility test
• Create comprehensive test summaries for reporting status of testing

• Willing to work either from 6 PM-3 AM or 4 AM-1 PM (PH time)
• At least 3 years of experience in manual and automated testing of one or more internet applications (Websites, mobile apps, APIs etc)
• Experience with Test Automation such as Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Mobile automation
• Experience working with bug reporting tools (Zephyr, Jira, Xray etc)
• Experience working with browser testing tools (Browserstack, saucelabs, Developer consoles)
• Basic understanding of Testing and QA Methodologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details and a mindset to break software
• Team player with a service attitude for collaboration with stakeholders (Developer, EM, PM)
