Job Description

Clear Admin People is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Client Acquisition Team.

Role and Opportunity

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by building a network of potential clients and engaging with them through phone calls and email correspondence.

Purpose

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and maintain a list of prospects
  • Educate potential clients about our company's services
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager
  • Reach out to prospects who have shown engagement with our campaigns to book a call for the Business Development Manager
  • Respond to inquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Provide the Business Development Manager with relevant information about potential clients, found online, prior to every meeting.

As a Sales Development Representative, your daily tasks may include:

  • Utilize an operating system to gather prospect information
  • Maintain up-to-date records of potential clients and clients within the CRMs
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Keen attention to detail, proactive mindset, and high level of initiative

Essential Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 1-2 years of experience in virtual sales, customer service, and/or phone setting
  • Experienced in using CRM and Marketing Automation Software
  • Willing to work on a Fixed Term basis (3-4 months)
  • Technologically savvy
